Job Overview

This role entails frontline user management and customer support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process worklist requests within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide updates on client-supported product accounts creation and maintenance.
  • Communicate with sponsors regarding issues and resolutions.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
  • Perform database performance reporting tasks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for alerts and errors generated by supported products.
  • Execute quality control activities for user management.
  • Allocate site resources for client-supported product users.
  • Elevate issues to shared UM TL and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Maintain customer data privacy and security policies.
Requirements:

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and have experience with call center ticketing systems.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience in user management or data entry is necessary.
  • Previous experience in SSC/BPO and customer service is advantageous.
