**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team at Max Support Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced professional to work with us in the field of employee relations and manpower agency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HRMD/ Psychology or similar and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Officer. They will be knowledgeable in processing end-to-end recruitment, documentation, onboarding, and deployment, as well as possessing excellent communication skills to negotiate with clients and attend meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process recruitment from start to finish, including documentation and onboarding
  • Negotiate with clients to meet their requirements
  • Attend meetings with clients and government agencies such as DMW, DFA, OWWA, Immigration, Embassy, DOLE, etc.
  • Conduct market research for clients and present findings
  • Update client portals on Monday.com for monitoring of candidates

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in HRMD/ Psychology or similar
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as Recruitment Officer
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimum supervision
