Become a Residential and Commercial Property Director

We are currently seeking a seasoned Property Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties. This role requires exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of property management and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily property operations, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Oversee rent collection, enforce lease terms, and follow up with tenants on late or missed payments.
- Process accounts payable/receivable and generate detailed financial reports through our software platform.
- Market vacant units, screen tenants, and manage lease agreements effectively.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
- Provide analytical support for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for properties.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in our software platform.
- In-depth knowledge of property management operations, leasing, and tenant relations.
- Fundamental accounting and bookkeeping skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
