Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.

You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Marketing Team to deliver high-quality content that meets global hiring needs. Your strategic thinking and creative approach will aid in content planning, production, performance analysis, and distribution.

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in content marketing and contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create, launch, monitor, and analyze paid social media advertising campaigns to attract potential candidates.
  2. Provide consultative services to regional teams on paid advertising types and campaigns based on your platform knowledge.
  3. Manage assigned projects independently, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
