Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to own and manage our social media and key marketing functions. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts to create engaging content and foster brand awareness.
    • Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posting.
  • In-app Communications:
    • Oversee all communication channels in the Singapore app to ensure consistency and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Monthly Marketing Initiatives:
    • Design and distribute EDM newsletters to platform customers in Singapore, highlighting key features and promotions.
    • Project manage monthly promotions to drive sales and engagement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Passion for customer service and a friendly, positive attitude.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
