Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Content Development Specialist to fuel our growth by creating engaging content that drives results. This role will be the bridge between our internal teams, creators, and performance marketers - ensuring a constant flow of high-quality content across various platforms.

Your mission is to deliver high-performing content that captures attention, drives conversions, and scales campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request assets for paid campaigns.
  • Source, brief, and manage creators and agencies to deliver fresh video content daily.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear content briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready content across multiple platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review content performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our content relevant and engaging.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing.
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content convert.
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
