Strategic Customer Success Expert

The role of a Customer Success Manager at Sophos is to ensure the optimal utilization and satisfaction of our cybersecurity solutions by our most strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Develop and implement tailored success plans to drive customer adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to customers throughout their lifecycle with Sophos.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, identify upsell opportunities, and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor customer analytics and KPIs to inform data-driven decisions and optimize solution delivery.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and scenarios.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products and services, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes.
- Experience working with account spends of $80k USD or above, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
