The Role

  • This is a high-profile position that involves the management of credit card products. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improving customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for credit card products, aligning them with the company's overall objectives and customer needs.
  2. Product Development: Design, develop, and launch new credit card products or enhancements to existing ones, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  3. Customer Engagement: Ensure that customers have a positive experience with credit card products, gathering and analyzing feedback to improve products and services.
  4. Risk Management: Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to ensure credit card products adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, developing strategies to mitigate risk while optimizing product performance.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback and support.
