About the OpportunityThe Project Coordinator will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for essential initiatives, taking responsibility for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling activities to ensure project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Act as SPOC for crucial projects defined by the management team.
- Master Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain master schedules for various types of projects.
- Monitor & Report Project Status: Coordinate and consolidate lists of milestones, deliverables or activities for each project.
- Facilitate Project Execution: Coordinate all project execution activities with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage Centralized Tracking: Create and maintain a centralized project status tracking system.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience in Project Management, Product Development, and Manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lead project teams from different departments.
