Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This position will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting project sites, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to ensure that all project deliverables are met, and that the company's overall goals and objectives are achieved.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in architectural engineering or construction/project management from a reputable institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the electrical and electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other project management tools.
