Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement integrations requested by customers

  • Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshoot issues
  • Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experience
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization
Requirements
  1. Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
  2. Good knowledge of Ruby or Python programming languages
  3. Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  4. Strong problem-solving attitude and team spirit
  5. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
  6. Able to work effectively in the AUS timezone
