We are seeking a seasoned Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the management and maintenance of computer systems, servers, networks, and software applications.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure including computer systems, servers, network devices, and software applications.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform regular backups, data integrity checks, and disaster recovery measures to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in line with industry-specific compliance and security standards.
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support and resolution for user inquiries and technical issues related to telecommunications systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Conduct system audits to protect against unauthorized access and data breach, taking into account telco-specific vulnerabilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role within the telecommunications (telco) industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications-specific (telco) systems and protocols.
  • Experience with telecommunications-specific (telco) equipment and technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure tailored for telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications-specific (telco) software applications, billing systems, and customer management platforms.
  • Solid understanding of system security principles and best practices in the telecommunications (telco) industry.
