Job Overview

About this role:

We're seeking an experienced design leader to craft exceptional user experiences for our products. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for shaping the visual identity and product experience, ensuring it's both intuitive and aesthetically pleasing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Translate business goals into actionable design strategies, balancing usability, aesthetics, and conversion.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Plan and run usability tests, A/B tests, and design validation sessions to drive improvements.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and deliverables.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of SaaS desktop/mobile web design experience.
  • Exceptional UX skills with strong UI craft, translating metrics and user behavior into design solutions.
  • Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Framer, etc.).
  • Understanding of UX design best practices, including mobile-first, responsive design, usability testing, and accessibility (WCAG).

A portfolio showcasing work in logo/brand design and digital design is highly preferred. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
