Senior Accounting Professional

This role requires a senior accounting professional with expertise in general ledger management, journal entries, accruals, and cash flow analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with CINC software is essential for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconcile batch deposits to bank statements.
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable.
  • Generate financial reports and provide insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as General Accountant or Staff Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting terminology and concepts.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
