Roofing Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.

This role ensures jobs are completed on time, meeting our quality standards by planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple roofing projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors and crews to ensure compliance with company standards, scheduling post-job quality checks, tracking materials, delivery schedules, and job progress using CRM and project management tools, communicating with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns, resolving issues or delays quickly and efficiently, and maintaining accurate job records for reporting and audits.

Requirements for this position include being proficient in speaking and writing English, having relevant construction management experience, being comfortable leading crews and addressing homeowners, and being detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
