
BPO Operations Manager

- As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating successful operations by directly leading a team of associates and optimizing their contribution to the partner's operations.
- You will serve as a point of contact for the partner regarding the program and relay key information, updates, and feedback to your team.
Key characteristics of this role include:
- Responsibility: You will be accountable for the performance of your team and ensure that they meet their targets.
- Reliability: You must be dependable and consistent in your work, ensuring that your team is well-supported and equipped to succeed.
- Process knowledge: You should have a deep understanding of the processes and procedures involved in BPO operations.
- Leadership (leads by example): As a Team Lead, you will set the tone for your team and demonstrate the behaviors and values that you expect from them.
- Organizational skills: You must be able to manage competing priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Time management: You will need to prioritize tasks, manage your time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude: A positive attitude is essential for this role, as you will be working with a diverse group of people and facing challenges on a daily basis.
- Openness to feedback: You must be receptive to feedback and willing to learn from others, including your team members and stakeholders.
- Coaching and mentorship skills: You will provide guidance and support to your team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.
What We Expect From You:
- Excellent English proficiency - both written and spoken
- Team Leader experience (1 year or more)
- Data background and knowledge
- Proactive and willing to find solutions to trending issues
- Able to offer insights and reporting as needed
- Comfortable with a high-velocity environment with shifting priorities
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Organized team player with a personable manner, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group
