Employee Relations Specialist

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new hires. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
The successful candidate will also assist supervisors in performance management procedures, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and coaching. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Benefits Administration:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for administering benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and other employee benefits. This includes communicating benefits information to employees, processing benefit changes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Training and Development:
The successful candidate will also coordinate training sessions and seminars to support employee development and growth. This includes identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Other Responsibilities:
In addition to the above responsibilities, the HR Coordinator may be assigned other tasks and projects as needed. These may include ad-hoc projects, special events, and other initiatives that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred, and at least two years of experience in an HR role is required.
