Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, employee development, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire orientation.
  2. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  3. HR Systems: Implement and maintain HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
  4. Compliance: Ensure the company's compliance with governmental regulations, PH labor code, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, and other agencies requiring contributions, permits, reports, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as an HR Manager in the construction or retail industry, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification is a plus.
  • MUST have experience working for organizations with 1,000 employees.
