We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist (Employee Relations) with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, managing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace disputes.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  4. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  5. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Maintain and update employee records related to disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
  7. Assist in organizing training sessions on workplace ethics, diversity, and conflict resolution.
  8. Collaborate with HR and management teams to address employee concerns and improve retention strategies.
  9. Support exit interviews and analyze trends to enhance employee satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated on labor laws and HR trends to recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in employee relations or general HR functions.
  3. Knowledge of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution strategies.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  6. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
