About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist for Employee Relations to join our dynamic team at Arvin International Marketing Inc. in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring positive employee relations and supporting our valued workforce.
What you'll be doing
- Handling employee grievances and complaints in a fair and professional manner
- Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters
- Preparation and issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD)
- Conducting investigations and implementing disciplinary procedures where necessary
- Facilitating the resolution of workplace conflicts and disputes
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote positive employee relations
- Providing training and support to employees on workplace rights and responsibilities
- Represent the company during DOLE SENA (Single Entry Approach) and NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) hearings
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee relations
- Collaborating with the HR team to enhance the overall employee experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an employee relations or HR generalist role
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in representing the company at DOLE, SENA, and NLRC hearings is an advantage
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Collaborative team player with a strong customer service orientation
- Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field
