What you'll be doing

  • Handling employee grievances and complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters
  • Preparation and issuance of Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD)
  • Conducting investigations and implementing disciplinary procedures where necessary
  • Facilitating the resolution of workplace conflicts and disputes
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote positive employee relations
  • Providing training and support to employees on workplace rights and responsibilities
  • Represent the company during DOLE SENA (Single Entry Approach) and NLRC (National Labor Relations Commission) hearings
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee relations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an employee relations or HR generalist role
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in representing the company at DOLE, SENA, and NLRC hearings is an advantage
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Collaborative team player with a strong customer service orientation
  • Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field
