Job Summary
PARK SECURE MANAGEMENT CORP. is seeking a highly skilled Permits and Documents professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the processing of business permits and licenses, ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Process new business applications, renewals, and modifications.
  • Transact with various government offices, including the City Treasurer's Office, City Administrator's Office, and Bureau of Internal Revenue.
  • Obtain necessary clearances, permits, and licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and register books of account, as well as process POS permits and ATPs.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for cash advances and payments.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor local government compliances.
  • Update work status to the immediate Department Head and claim processed renewed permits and licenses.
  • File documents and prepare internal and external correspondence.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in documentary compliance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
