Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the MPAC Manager and group, including but not limited to:
    • Clerical and secretarial functions
    • General back office support
    • Documentation and processing of marketing-related activities (requisitions, payment, and reimbursement)
    • Document inventory and safekeeping
    • Internal and external communications and coordination
    • Housekeeping and general admin services
  • Assist in budget monitoring and other tasks as required
