Job Description

The Chief Financial Officer Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our organization. This dynamic individual oversees the daily operations of the Finance Department, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure statutory regulations are met with precision.
  • Conduct regular cash float and stock count audits to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support audit and tax filing processes, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in budget forecasting and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise revenue audits, accounts payable, payroll processing, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Guarantee compliance with financial policies and procedures, upholding integrity at every step.
  • Provide training and support to finance staff, fostering growth and development.
  • Maintain a secure and confidential environment for financial management.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in finance within a similar setting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Competencies: Attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and proficiency in accounting software.
