A premier name in real estate development spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and office sectors is looking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will be at the helm of the organizations financial direction. This is a key leadership role that blends strategic insight with operational oversight to ensure long-term financial resilience and responsible business expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end finance function, ensuring the delivery of precise and timely consolidated financial statements in line with statutory and industry standards
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and scenario modeling to support data-informed decisions and long-range planning
  • Uphold full compliance with fiscal regulations, tax requirements, and governance frameworks while managing relationships with auditors and external financial partners
  • Guide investment decisions, capital allocation, and funding strategies in alignment with company goals
  • Monitor performance across business units through insightful reporting and financial analysis, offering feedback that drives accountability and improvement
  • Manage corporate finance functions such as liquidity oversight, debt structuring, and banking coordination
  • Establish and develop a robust finance team across key verticalsplanning, accounting, audit, treasury, tax, and risk management
  • Drive digital transformation in finance by modernizing tools, processes, and systems for better efficiency and transparency
  • Design reporting structures that provide actionable insights on each business units financial health
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 6 years in a top leadership role such as Group Financial Controller, Finance Director, or Deputy CFO
  • Strong leadership background managing multi-disciplinary finance teams
  • Core Expertise in the following:
    • Financial planning and resource management
    • Equity and debt financing
    • Managing cash flow and optimizing capital utilization
    • Leading due diligence for acquisitions or divestments
    • Enhancing internal reporting and control systems
    • Communicating with boards, shareholders, and strategic partners
  • Experience with finance system implementation or upgrades (e.g., ERP, automation tools)
  • Familiarity with digital trends in finance including AI, analytics, and dashboard reporting tools
  • Skilled in enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, and familiar with BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
