
Highly Skilled Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service to multi-state medical providers via phone inquiries related to workers compensation claims.
About the Role:- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service for all calls, with a solid understanding of worker's compensation guidelines.
- Additionally, they will work effectively with StrataWare/CompIQ, Call Track, and any client proprietary software.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of state rulings and regulations as relating to Workers' Compensation.
- Responsibilities will also include processing medical bills, coding, or data entry with 98% accuracy during phone downtime or as assigned.
- A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field is required, or equivalent experience.
- Candidates must have a minimum of one (1) year Customer Service experience (voice).
- Ability to learn ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT/HCOC coding is essential.
- Excellent oral and written English skills are mandatory.
