Role Overview:

This position is responsible for procurement of materials and services needed to support operations, ensuring the delivery of a world-class guest experience.

  • Purchasing Manager - Procurement
  • Purchaser
Key Responsibilities:
  • Issuing and revising purchase orders;
  • Sourcing items from suppliers;
  • Coordinating logistics of materials or parts;
  • Maintaining proper documentation in the purchase orders file;
  • Developing and maintaining progress reports;
  • FOLLOWING guidelines and procedures on Technical Purchasing defined in the Purchasing Manual;
  • Performing other job-related functions as assigned.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude and ability to work as a team member.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Technical education or background in technical trading field;
  • 1 year of technical purchasing experience, preferred. Business or technical purchasing experience;

Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language;
  • Communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
