We are seeking an experienced Licensing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of software licenses and providing technical support to customers.

Job Description
  • Manage Software Licenses: Develop and implement processes to ensure the efficient management of software licenses, including creating, evaluating, and optimizing license quotes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical licensing support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to create and distribute license quotes, process purchase orders, and ensure license keys are delivered.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in software licensing, with proficiency in creating reports, optimizing processes, invoice processing, customer management, and revenue management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical or business-related field.
  • Skills: Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), data analysis capabilities, accounting and invoicing experience utilizing NetSuite, CRM knowledge (HubSpot preferred).
