Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving adoption of our platform. This involves working closely with our Customer Success Managers to deliver tailored client resources and provide timely customer support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating bespoke client-facing materials, managing the support inbox, answering general 'how-to' platform questions, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also be required to pull and deliver custom reports from our system based on client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create customized client-facing materials to support customer adoption.
  • Manage the support inbox for assigned CSM pods.
  • Answer general 'how-to' platform questions across all product areas.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues in collaboration with the cs-triage team.
  • Pull and deliver custom reports from our system based on client needs.
