Job Title: Compensation Manager

About the Role

The position of Compensation Manager is available in our dynamic team, where accuracy and leadership are crucial. You will oversee payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring precision and efficiency.

  • Dedicated to delivering seamless payroll services with a high-performing team.
  • Drive governance, compliance, and remediation efforts for accurate India payroll processing.
  • Spearhead payroll processes by mentoring teams in Manila or Hyderabad and beyond.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance global payroll operations.
Your Responsibilities
  • Manage external service providers for payroll input and execution.
  • Supervise payroll services teams across local and international regions, including training and performance evaluations.
  • Administer offline payroll data and manage offline processes.
  • Provide customer support and facilitate stakeholder relationships.
  • Offer guidance on legislation analysis and provide relevant advice to customers.
  • Manage leave compliance and administration.
  • Handle Service Now queries related to payroll.
  • Perform GL reconciliation and process invoices if required.
  • Oversee benefits administration related to payroll.
  • May lead end-of-year processes and reporting.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting.
Your Qualifications
  • Mastery of 3+ years as a Payroll Supervisor, with expertise in Indian Payroll processing and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of India-specific HR/payroll policies, enterprise agreements, and local legislation governing compensation and benefits.
  • Proficient in Indian payroll systems and tools, with working knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
