
Work-from-Home Claims Resolution Specialist

The ideal candidate for this Claims Resolution Specialist role will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer claims related to branded merchandise.
Key Responsibilities:- Claims Investigation: Manage incoming customer claims, including imprinting errors, delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, incorrect products, or issues affecting product quality and integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, identify root causes, and determine resolutions.
- Customer Communication: Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers throughout the claims process. Provide updates and explain investigation findings.
- Resolution Execution: Coordinate and process claims resolutions, such as reprints, credits, refunds, replacements, or discounts.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of claims, outcomes, communications, and resolution actions within internal systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
