We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support our franchise growth efforts as a Franchise Development Associate. This role focuses on making outbound calls to warm leads, engaging with prospective franchisees, and qualifying their interest in our process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls daily to warm franchise leads using pre-approved scripts
  • Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with franchise development managers
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach and prospect engagement in CRM tools
  • Support additional day-to-day activities including lead engagement through LinkedIn Recruiter or other platforms, appointment scheduling, and basic reporting tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Significant experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or franchise/business development for international clients
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume call targets while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and online scheduling tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking on the phone with US-based leads
  • Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
