A highly organized and dynamic support professional is required to manage our executive team's schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle email correspondence.
This role requires a unique blend of administrative expertise with sales acumen, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars across time zones, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and reports with precision.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business materials on tight deadlines.
- Conduct thorough research to inform decision-making.
- Oversee special projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Identify market opportunities through online research using various platforms.
- Initiate outreach to potential clients, distributors, and re-distributors to drive sales growth.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches via email, phone calls, or video meetings.
- Design effective sales presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- Coordinate product sample requests, support trade show preparations, and assist with marketing efforts.
- Contribute to customer and distributor activation initiatives.
- Analyze sales data, conduct market research, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or executive assistance.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
- Proven track record of effective communication and relationship-building.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail), Excel, Microsoft Word.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is an asset.
