Job Title: Procurement Systems Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Systems Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating data to generate automations, reports and strategic insights to drive procurement goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in defining, scoping and implementing projects, as well as expertise in AI and machine learning tool solution development. You will work closely with the procurement team to identify data integrity issues and lead cross-functional efforts to develop processes to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Perform business process analysis and own the design and improvement of new and existing tools and processes to support business decisions.
  • Automation Solutions: Design and implement AI-powered analytics tools to optimize data insights.
  • Reporting: Regularly review reporting, make recommendations for necessary changes and implement improvements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with a cross-functional team and lead development and enhancement of AI-driven data processes.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively resolve roadblocks to collection of complete and accurate data and adoption of tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum of four years of analytical experience performing detailed analyses.
  • Formal education and/or experience with AI and machine learning tool solution development.
  • Experience in defining, scoping and implementing projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI along with experience in writing queries to access information from relational database management systems.
  • Previous experience with Oracle EBS a plus.
  • Proven success in the identification of issues using advanced analytics.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and AI-driven analytics tools.
  • Proven experience developing automation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
