Job Description

Our organization seeks a Financial Reporting Supervisor to oversee the preparation of board reports, year-end audit, and support budget and forecast activities.

This role involves:

  • Managing daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, cost accounting, and treasury;
  • Overseeing team members who process monthly closing processes, reconciliations, and analysis of related accounts;
  • Monitoring and analyzing department work to develop efficient procedures and resource utilization while maintaining accuracy;
  • Collaborating with various teams and performing complex analysis to prepare financial data summaries;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • At least 2 years of working experience in finance and accounting or equivalent;
  • Proven leadership and people management experience;
  • Strong background in financial reporting and analysis;
  • Experience in accounting systems is an advantage.

  • Coordinating with teams to support organizational goals and objectives;
  • Supporting special projects and workflow process improvements;
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports for presentation to stakeholders.
