What You'll Do

  • Manage and support procurement systems including
    SAP ERP ECC, Ariba SLP, MDG, and CIG
    , ensuring consistent operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline
    system integration and procurement workflows
    , improving efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Act as a key technical support resource for SAP MM-related concerns, resolving issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor procurement transactions, generate analytics reports, and maintain
    data quality across platforms
    .
  • Support training, process documentation, and
    harmonization projects
    aligned with system upgrades or process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in implementing
    procurement-related system projects
    and continuous improvement efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Background in
    SAP Procurement modules (MM, SLP, MDG, CIG)
    , with experience in
    technical support, system integration
    , and/or
    project coordination
    .
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to work with large data sets and systems-related documentation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a structured and collaborative environment.
  • Adaptable and proactive in managing system issues and engaging in cross-departmental coordination.
