The Project Coordinator role involves coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, tracking action items, and assisting with meeting arrangements and materials distribution.

Additional duties involve monitoring project execution, identifying potential bottlenecks, and collaborating with the management team to resolve issues. The Project Coordinator also prepares progress reports and liaises with personnel and managers as needed.

Requirements
  • An Associates' or Bachelor's degree is required; a Bachelors' degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of direct work experience in project management capacity is required; two years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze workflow/processes are critical.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong computer skills, are necessary.
