We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC delivery partners, both current and future requirements.

  • Coordinate with Hub Leads to ensure payout computations are provided to FINOPS on time", "
  • Evaluate area fleet team performance in sourcing and on-boarding of DPs", "
  • Secure agency delivery partners", "
  • Follow-up enrollment of new DPs in FMS and removal of inactive accounts", "
  • Prepare regular reports for superiors and additional non-periodic reports as required", "
  • Analyze sourcing and on-boarding performance of fleet team and suggest improvements", "
  • Mentor and coach department members", "

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required", "
  • Experience in dealing with employment agencies for riders and drivers", "
  • Previous work experience in HR, particularly recruitment", "
  • Proven track record in mass hiring and personnel management", "
