Job Summary:

This role entails overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, encompassing vehicle procurement, maintenance, fuel management, driver issue resolution, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain operational efficiency and provide an excellent experience for employees by effectively managing daily fleet activities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between leasing companies, fleet management organizations, original equipment manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate fleet operational processes.
  • Strike a balance between local business needs and global fleet strategy through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Support the implementation of strategies and process improvements to optimize cost-effective fleet operations.
  • Analyze regional and market-level fleet performance data to identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in fleet operations, procurement, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage external vendor relationships and meet key performance indicators.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
