Job Overview

The Part-Time Legal Research Assistant is a pivotal role that entails supporting legal-related tasks and providing high-quality research assistance to the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Search for and compile relevant articles, reports, and documentation to support the business's legal needs.
  • Organize findings into clear summaries or reports to facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Maintain accuracy, proper sourcing, and confidentiality standards in all research and documentation.
  • Support assigned legal-related tasks to ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
  • Create simple social media graphics using Canva as required to enhance the organization's visual presence.
  • Manage WhatsApp communications for legal inquiries and internal coordination to maintain efficient communication channels.
  • Update and maintain CRM records related to legal contacts, cases, and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Exhibit discretion and maintain confidentiality in all communications and tasks to uphold the organization's reputation.
