
RCM Training Program Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the development and delivery of training programs for accounting professionals transitioning into U.S. healthcare revenue cycle management.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing RCM training programs tailored for professionals with an accounting background, conducting live and virtual training sessions covering medical billing, coding, claims processing, AR management, and compliance, developing training materials, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes, utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and RCM software for hands-on training, teaching insurance claims processing, denials management, payment posting, and AR follow-up, instructing on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding basics and their integration into RCM workflows, explaining Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement policies for the U.S. market, guiding learners in RCM performance metrics (Net Collection Rate, AR Days, First-Pass Resolution), assisting trainees in preparing for industry certifications (e.g., CRCR, CPB, CMRS, CHFP), providing ongoing mentorship and career guidance for job placement in revenue cycle roles, conducting mock audits, real-world case studies, and practice claim submissions, ensuring training covers HIPAA, compliance laws, fraud prevention, and best practices, staying updated with CMS regulations, payer policy changes, and RCM industry trends, recommending workflow optimizations for reducing claim denials and improving cash flow.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- At least one industry certification (preferred): CRC, CPB, CHF, CMR, CMRS, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or claims processing for the U.S. healthcare system.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching RCM-related topics is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with RCM software, EHR, and practice management systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Kareo, Medisoft).
- Strong knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and claims submission.
- Expertise in insurance billing, payment posting, accounts receivable (AR) management, and reimbursement analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse learner backgrounds.
- Ability to design training materials and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on RCM process improvement and compliance.
