- Qualifying business leads and documenting weekly prospecting activities.
- Conducting direct selling activities and managing catering sales revenue and operation budgets.
- Developing and implementing promotions, marketing, and advertising activities to drive catering sales goals.

- Maintaining accurate records and files, including Conventions summary and Group Chart.
- Preparing and distributing group profiles and summaries, and disseminating updates as needed.
