Job Description:

As a Client Acquisitions Specialist, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by establishing connections with potential clients and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

  • Making outbound calls to identify potential opportunities
  • Scheduling consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team
  • Accurately documenting information into our system
  • Representing the company's interests when interacting with contacts
  • Ensuring all calls meet the set standards and requirements
  • Delivering reports accurately and on schedule
Key Responsibilities:

The following are some key responsibilities that include making outbound calls, scheduling consultations, accurately documenting information, representing the company, ensuring all calls meet standards, and delivering reports.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Client Acquisitions Specialist, or similar role;
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • A stable internet connection
  • A professional and quiet workspace
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
