We are seeking an experienced Product Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors.

Job Description

This role requires a highly organized self-starter with ownership and accountability. The candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple product workstreams, and bring structure and clarity to delivery.

The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day product workstreams, sprints, launches, and bug fixes. They will also help shape our product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and ensuring timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes.

The successful candidate will have experience working with remote teams, managing capacity, prioritizing tasks, and driving accountability without micromanagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors
  • Product & Workflow Management: Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership
  • Team & Capacity Management: Experience working with remote teams
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment
