Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Solutions Engineer to join our Professional Services team. As a technical liaison between our platform and clients, you will design and implement custom integrations while providing exceptional customer support.

This role combines strong development skills with excellent client communication to ensure successful integration projects. You will manage multiple active integration projects simultaneously and turn complex technical requirements into functional solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and experience working with workflow automation tools. They will be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and possess strong analytical thinking and creative solution development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement custom integrations between our platform and client systems
  • Provide superior customer support for integration-related inquiries
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong background in full-stack development
  • Experience working with workflow automation tools
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative solution development skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
