Job SummaryThis position requires an individual who can accelerate the success of clients through SEO analysis, strategy development, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that drive performance results, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO efforts with paid marketing approaches.
- Drive business growth by developing and executing SEO strategies that increase organic visibility and support overall digital marketing goals.
- Collaborate with account managers to foster client confidence and provide excellent customer service.
- Own strategic decisions within organic search optimization, including technical SEO, on-page optimizations, and linking development.
- Ensure account execution follows company methodology and best practices.
- Analyze performance data to inform SEO decisions and drive improvements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experiential knowledge.
- Prior experience working in a professional services organization.
- 5+ years professional experience in digital marketing, 3+ years specialized in SEO.
- Experience leading or managing teams of individual contributors.
- Strong technical SEO skills, demonstrated through experience with schema markup, site architecture, internal and external linking strategies, page redirects and status codes, crawl budget, HTML/CSS, etc.
The company offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- $81,650 - $102,375 per year (United States).
- 401(k) with 4% company matching.
