
Strategic Growth Manager

Drive strategic growth initiatives, develop new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
This role involves developing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve company growth objectives, identifying and prioritizing target markets, industries and potential clients for BPO services. You will monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to inform decisions.
You will identify, prospect and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities, build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and industry events. Lead end-to-end sales process including proposals, negotiations and contract finalization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive company growth.
- Identify, prospect and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Set and track KPIs to measure effectiveness of activities.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, sales or related roles.
- Excellent knowledge of the German market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors with understanding of their needs and challenges.
- Strong understanding of BPO services, industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
