Job Title

The role of a Restaurant Manager involves overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and achieving financial objectives.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage the restaurant team, foster a positive work environment, and implement strategic plans to drive sales and uphold brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management: Ensure smooth workflow, adherence to service standards, and timely resolution of guest concerns.
  2. Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise the restaurant team, fostering a positive work culture and promoting teamwork to deliver exceptional service.
  3. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage cost controls, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent food and service quality by adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining brand standards.
  5. Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement service improvements to build lasting relationships with patrons.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management within a hotel/resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Willingness to work in Clark, Pampanga.
