Major Function

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory movement, staging, and material issuance. This role ensures that all warehouse activities comply with safety and operational standards while driving team performance and generating accurate operational scorecards. The position plays a key role in delivering efficient and secure warehouse services aligned with Fast Logistics' vision, mission, and values.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Monitor and manage warehouse personnel to ensure proper task allocation, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to safety and operational protocols.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely generation of the Warehouse Operations Scorecard, maintaining an average performance rating of 95% or higher.
  3. Supervise day-to-day finished goods (FG) and point-of-sale materials (POSM) operations, addressing any issues in picking, loading, or issuance.
  4. Enforce strict adherence to IRA execution schedules, security protocols, and the FPFO policy to prevent losses, damages, and penalties.
  5. Collaborate consistently with FSC and PMFTC teams to align documentation, reporting, and operational standards.
  6. Oversee warehouse facility readiness, including space/pallet availability, equipment serviceability, and zero tolerance for unplanned downtimes.
  7. Ensure proper execution of bad order disposal in compliance with set SOPs.
  8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, validate and support team initiatives, and drive 100% KPI compliance.
  9. Foster employee morale and accountability through regular performance check-ins, coaching, and team development.
  10. Attend and represent the company in all mandated trainings, seminars, and operational improvement events, ensuring knowledge transfer to the warehouse team.
