The Role:

You will be an integral part of our helpline, ensuring that those in need receive the care they deserve. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to callers through various channels, including phone, text, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Helpline Response: Provide empathetic and professional support to clients in crisis.
  • Quality and Management: Maintain high standards of care, utilizing best practices to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Internal Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of client care.
  • Care Coordination: Ensure patients receive appropriate follow-up care, conducting regular triage and check-ins as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs effectively.
  • Client-Centered Approach: Prioritize empathy and proactivity in helping clients in need, always putting their well-being first.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience working as a helpline responder.
  • Training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A Master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to improve and develop.
  • Technical know-how, ideally with Zoom, for meetings and online development courses.
