Customer Support Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a customer support specialist. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build trust with every interaction by providing fast, accurate, and professional support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide top-notch support.
- Stay up-to-date on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- The ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- An empathetic, patient, and reliable approach when addressing customer concerns.
